Fall Semester 2016~17 Co-extra Curricular Acitivity Registration
    

INSTRUCTIONS

DO NOT SKIP READING THESE INSTRUCTIONS – THEY ARE IMPORTANT
  1. No change/shift of clubs will be permitted after FFCS registration.
  2. Once you register your name in the FFCS lists, that list will be considered as finalized one.
  3. All club activities are mandatory and every student will be evaluated as per performance or contribution.
  4. Co/Extra Curricular activity carries TWO credits under University Core
  5. Last date for Registration 01th AUG 2016 (Monday)
  6. Last date for Payment 01th AUG 2016 (Monday)
  7. All students are advised to change their "Password/ Default Password" in "Student Login" before registration, to protect their registrations from hacking. They should use a strong password for their login and should not share their password with their friends. University does not take any responsibility if their course registrations are altered/ deleted by others.
  8. Students are permitted to ‘Delete’ a wait listed course on their own. In few cases, confirmation of wait listed courses will be made within two days after the closing of Add/Drop, after a discussion with the Schools concerned and the rest of the waited listed courses will be deleted.
  9. Under unavoidable circumstances, there may be a change in faculty/ venue. All efforts will be taken to keep such changes to a bare minimum level.
  10. To keep the session alive, refresh the browser once in 3 minutes. To “re-login”, properly “Log Out” before closing the browser.
  11. An error message "Service Unavailable" indicates that server has reached its maximum limit of users and hence please try login after some time.
  12. For program related queries like course(s) offered/ not offered/ slots/ faculty/ Venue/ No. of seats, please contact your Program Chair.
  13. This activity can be carried out at any time during the entire Programme period. However this time, preferences will be for the final year and pre-final year students due to the maximum of 60 students per club.
  14. Based on your performance grade from P and F will be awarded by the co-ordinator of the activity.
  15. Once registered under an activity, the registration cannot be shifted to another activity.
  16. Students who withdraw shall be awarded a "W" grade. The student has to Re-register by paying the re-registration charges (Rs. 6000) and complete the course.
