INSTRUCTIONS

- Using this link, you can register for FAT as Arrear for courses offered in Winter 2017-18 in their slots. A separate arrear registration link will be made available at a later date under ‘Regular Arrear Exam’ for those who are not willing to avail this process.
- While registering FAT as arrear, the student should be free in that slot (without any regular FAT).
- The link will be open from 15-Mar-2018 to 16-MAR-2018(4:00pm).
- Only FFCS & Non-FFCS students can register using this link.
- Registration of FAT as arrear is permitted only when the Course Code of the arrear requested (or its equivalent) and FAT are the same. A maximum of 27 credits can be registered under this category. This includes the course credits registered during Winter 2017-18 semester.
- For embedded courses, only theory component of the arrear exam will be scheduled by the Controller of Examinations. Such registrations will be compiled and forwarded to the respective School for scheduling the Lab component along with the regular FAT exams. Hence students should approach the School concerned to know the Lab arrear exam schedule of embedded and Lab only courses.
- Students can chose to write a Theory or lab component of a current embedded course as arrear depending on their Academic History. Such an option will be visible only after the selection of a course.
- Fee receipt generation & payment is provided in Student Login under 'Win Sem 2017-18 => Arrear' Menu.
- Once payment is effected, courses cannot be cancelled.
- Arrear exam fee is Rs.1000 per exam.
- You can generate your receipt for 'FAT as Arrear’ till 16th March 2018 (Friday), 04:00pm.
- You can make payment for 'FAT as Arrear’ till 16th March 2018 (Friday), 4:00pm.
- Please note that once 'FAT as Arrear' request is approved, it cannot be cancelled/ modified, since the entire exam schedule depends on individual student requests. No refund will be made even if the student fails to write the arrear exam.
- If you do not write the 'FAT as Arrear', then you will have to re-register the course in a subsequent semester.
- Please ensure that you meet the deadlines. No extensions will be given for the various mile stones.
- To keep the session alive, refresh the browser once in 3 minutes. To “re-login”, properly “Log Out” before closing the browser.
- If browser is closed without proper logout procedure, the student has to wait for 5 minutes to login again.
- An error message "Service Unavailable" indicates that server has reached its maximum limit of users and hence please try login after some time.
