Winter Semester 2016~17 - Weekend Intra Course Registration
    

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. All students are advised to change their "Password/ Default Password" in "Student Login" before registration, to protect their registrations from hacking. They should use a strong password for their login and should not share their password with their friends. University does not take any responsibility if their course registrations are altered/ deleted by others.
  2. The opening & closing date for registration link is 25-Jan-2017 (Wednesday) to 27-Jan-2017(Friday).
  3. Students are permitted to register for a maximum of 2 courses or 8 credits (only "Y" or "F" Grade courses) can be registered.
  4. Total number of credits taken in regular Winter 2016-2017 plus Weekend Intra Semester should not exceed 27 credits (except final year students) & 30 credits (only final year students).
  5. Students who had registered in Regular Registration for a given course cannot register the same in WWI Course Registration.
  6. Though students can register (confirmed registrations) for a maximum of 2 courses or 8 credits, they are permitted to add a maximum of two courses under waiting list (independent of credits). Maximum of 60 students will be retained under waiting list in each theory/ lab class. Students are permitted to ‘Delete’ a wait listed course on their own.
  7. The Re-registration fee of Rs.6000/- per course & last date for payment of Re-registered courses will be 30-Jan-2017 (Monday). Re-registered courses that are not paid will be removed subsequently on 1-feb-2017 (Friday).
  8. An option to register the Theory or Lab component of an embedded course is made available if the student had completed the other component as a separate course.
  9. There will be no Add/Drop option for WWI.
  10. Under unavoidable circumstances, there may be a change in faculty/ venue. All efforts will be taken to keep such changes to a bare minimum level.
  11. To keep the session alive, refresh the browser once in 3 minutes. To “re-login”, properly “Log Out” before closing the browser.
  12. An error message "Service Unavailable" indicates that server has reached its maximum limit of users and hence please try login after some time.
  13. For program related queries like course(s) offered/ not offered/ slots/ faculty/ Venue/ No. of seats, please contact your Program Chair.
  14. If you face any software related problems, please contact 044 -3993 1231,1578. The person attending your call may not be familiar with course/ Programme related details. Hence for all Programme related queries, please contact your Programme Chair.
